Leith’s Restaurant in Centurion, Gauteng is one of the top 100 restaurants in South Africa. Though it is a training restaurants for top chefs it is not promoted as such. Students from the acclaimed Prue Leith Chef’s Academy has the honour of working in this top restaurant - under the watchful eyes of professional chefs.
Leith’s Restaurant have everything in perfect order to ensure an unforgettable fine dining experience. From lavish gardens, beautiful decor, highly-trained staff in the kitchen and waiting on guests. Their wine list boasts top South African and overseas wines and the staff are willing and able to help pair their luscious food with the perfect wine.
Bookings are essential as the restaurant is open for dinner on Wednesdays to Saturdays from 19h00 to 23h00. Lunch can be arranged on request. Leith’s Restaurant is closed for recess from June to mid July and from December to mid-January. This ensures that staff are well rested and ”hungry” to cook for their guests.
